Its fake look at the forehead its tan and the left side of her checks are tan
Oye vay!! Such a fake this is, and not even a particularly good one. Without even using Photoshop I could tell it was photoshopped. Her head is sitting oddly on her neck as if she has extra vertebrae that push her head forward.
And if real… who care? 18 year olds should be horndawgs or there's somethin wrong with their hormones.
