Chris Brown's Lawyer Is Trying To Get Case Dismissed!

So that big bargain that went down regarding Chris Brown‘s trial???
The douche’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, somehow swindled the Superior Court judge into delaying Brown’s case until May 28th!
Geragos’ primary goal is to have the case dismissed all together!!!
Brown’s lawyer thinks the case against Brown should be thrown out because there have been a number of leaks of classified information over the past few months (ie. the picture of Rihanna’s injuries).
What does leaked info have to do with Brown assaulting RiRi????
“If Geragos makes an issue of leaked evidence, it’s unlikely the judge will dismiss the case,” a criminal defense attorney commented on the situation. “It’s not police conduct at issue here, it’s Chris Brown’s.”
Exactly!
If the judge goes ahead with the case against Brown, a preliminary trial will be held days prior to May 28th in which Rihanna herself may be subpoenaed to testify!!
