Dismissed! Foxy Brown Thanks Her Lucky Stars

Foxy’s off the hook!
The lawsuit filed in 2007 against Foxy Brown claiming the rapper beat down her neighbor with a Blackberry has been dismissed!
Even though Foxy pled guilty to the charges of the cell phone attack, the lawsuit was dropped by Justice Robert Miller in a Brooklyn Supreme Court after finding out that Brown had never been served with legal papers!
How’d that slip through the cracks???
