Well, whaddya know? Nadya Suleman is being slapped with a major law$uit!
Once you cross infamous famewhoring lawyer Gloria Allred, there’s no telling what sort of legal dramz you’re in store for!
Allred, on behalf of her client, former child actor and advocate for child labor rights Paul Petersen, is suing the Octo-Mom for “exploiting” her Octo-Army!
The Z-list lawyer is claiming that by allowing the media to film her infants for $$$, Suleman is violating child labor laws!!!
Says Allred, “Rather than choosing to provide her children with a normal life, Nadya Suleman, has chosen instead to commercially exploit them, and it appears she plans to continue commercial exploitation of them in the future as well.”
Specifically, Suleman allowed a crew to film the homecoming of two of the eight babies from the hospital from 10 p.m. until 11:50 p.m. on March 17th.
“Since she has chosen this path, we believe that the babies are entitled to remuneration,” preached Allred.
Gloria and the former child actor want to set up advocate – of their choosing – to look after the welfare of the octuplets and make sure the money Nadya is making off them is put for them in a trust.
What’s the next move for the Octo-Mom??
Octo-Lawyers are currently hard at work devising a way to legally claim the filming of the tots is protected under the first amendment!!
