Several witnesses and friends have come to Jon Gosselin‘s defense, but now Jon AND Kate Gosselin are speaking for themselves.
The couple talked to Entertainment Weekly about their recent brush with the tabloid “fabricated” affair.
Kate says:
“It’s disturbing and unfortunate that these tabloids have gone as far as they have to try and bring us down. Jon’s poor judgment and irresponsible behavior has also without a doubt caused some added tension and stress between the two of us.”
Uh-huh. Because there was ZERO tension before.
They both go on to say that their main concern will always be to keep their family safe and as normal as possible. When asked about the new season, which debuts May 25th, and if they will discuss the incident, Kate says that they will address only the “very public focus” on their family and the stress it’s caused in their relationship.
You know, it was only a matter of time before this show embraced the true nature of reality tv: Epic Bitchfights!
