Murder, Inc. Dropping Ashanti

Irv Gotti of Murder, Inc. said he is splitting ways with hasbeen singer Ashanti because “the relationship has run its course” and that the “chemistry” just isn’t there.

In other words, Ashanti’s last album did not perform as well as her previous ones! June 2008’s The Declaration was the only one of her studio albums to not go platinum.
