Recorded in 2006, before Scarlett Johnansson‘s tragic Anywhere I Lay My Head, ScarJo recoded a duets album with Pete Yorn called Break Up.
According to Yorn, “I was having a strange week of insomnia and when I finally passed out, it came to me in a dream. I woke up and the whole thing was in my head, fully formed.” Intrigued, ScarJo agreed to the project which Yorn had been fiercely protective of until now.
Break Up will be released in June, but here’s one of the tracks off of it called Relator.
No amount of reverb can disguise ScarJo’s headache-inducing vocals.
We love her, BUT…….
Just give it up girl, or sing in a different style!
