A few weeks ago Miz Amos sang this ditty about Lindsay Lohan, which was quite funny.
The Britney song is a bit more poignant and actually very good.

I love this. Tori Amos is, in her way, looking out for young women in the music business, legitimate musicians or not. The business is totally exploitative, I'm sure I wasn't the only person watching the VMAs who wondered if Britney is going to suffer the same fate as Anna Nicole Smith.

I have to hand it to Britney, it sure took a lot of guts to get up and perform after all this time… I mean every recording artist is sitting around scratching their heads about her (and I don't mean in a positive way? - Britney could have run off that stage at any time during the performance, but she didn't… Even though deep down inside that the minute the words try to leave her mouth, she knew it was over..I have to give her KUDOS just for that… Because, in the long run she still has to go home & look into her children's eyes, and still be their Mommy!! OK Brit after hearing this wonderful song from Tori, I have found myself re-thinking what a loser you are…and feel a little saddened for you, because the world turned on you….. Who is Tori to judge? Britney is beautiful and I love her. I had many moments of happiness and fun dancing around to her songs during my teen years.
