I've watched this a few times today and I'm rather disappointed. The images in this video have NOTHING to do with the song. This was just a high-budget production that lacked a theme. It's exciting to watch, but the video is meaningless. I'm a huge Gaga fan, but the video is a mess!

The video is good, but its not art…Its like watching a fashion magazine shoot, artistic , sells clothes but not art. It is a little too rich, her other videos shoot on streets, metro make a better more indie artistic contrast. She shoud have followed Galliano's fall 07 show (i think) that had people of all different sizes and shapes, I'm bored of perfect beautiful models in videos, beauty can and should not be found in models. The begining shots were great, the one of the fountain looked amazing…but it the rest feels too slick and perfect to reflect gaga artistic diversity…

The video in its entirety is spectacular. There are certain elements like the crutches, the eyepatch, the lipstick, and more that have been inspired by Marilyn Manson. Very beautiful rendition of her song Paparazzi. Love you GaGa!

like the story. But not the song. The whole story reminds me of britney's life sort of, except Britney went batshit instead of killing her husband (which she should have done).
It's just such a strong resemblance though, the whole her boyfriend/husband ruining them, then the whole "We love her again" thing. A very well executed music video.

i didn't like the use of the hand held camera at the beginning, if he wanted it to come across Epic and big that little jump in the camera in the first shot of her and him really took me out of it and over all it had a cheap video soap opera look to i,t should have been DI'd better the composites weren't great sorry….. but the song was Cool

Um No. Lady Gaga is someone that will probably go out of fashion as soon as she came in. This video is not that fantastic. Her songs aren't that great. Her style is too extreme to be considered cool for very long. I really am not a fan.

LOVE HER. I was so shocked that she was speaking Swedish at the beginning of the video. I was born in Sweden, came to Canada when I was 2 but all of my family lives there (and in Finland where my mom was born and Prague where my dad was born) and I just thought it was so cool. Anyway now that you know my family back round I thought the video was sick! Lady Gaga has grown on me in the last few months so much. I always liked her but now I"m getting to be a really big fan of hers. Could it have to do with the fact that Perez has posts about her everyday? Probably. But I'm always in awe of her, from her whacked out fashion sense to her amazingly good music. I would love to hear a song with her and Eminem. Not that would be fucking awesome. She is definitely my favorite new female singer. Can't wait until she comes out with some new shit.

I am still convincing myself that Lady Gaga even exists!!! I could not dream up a better Pop Princess if I tried! The song is so amazing that it would be impossible NOT to give it a great video. I only have two problems: (1) "I'll be your girl/back stage at your show/velvet ropes and guitars/yeah cause your my rock star in between the sets/eyeliner and cigarettes"… the video does not match the song, which I understand that it doesn't have to be it could have and still been really cool and (2) WTF are the Daisy of Love guys doing in that video?? After the Nikki Sixx comment PLEASE tell me they are not her boyfriends!! It would be so next level and a GaGa thing to do to be dating rocker triplets but they are Daisy's sloppy seconds now and thats just no good!!
