A masquerade of tired imagery trying to distract the viewer from the sordid reality that the performer was not gifted with the tiniest spark of vocal talent. Let us be fair though: Madonna never had any voice either. But she had charisma. That's what this highly ambitious but absolutely mediocre girl will never have, try as she might.
PS: Whoever truly believes that this is art should have their eyes / ears / brains checkhed pronto. What a disappointment, Perez.

There will NEVER be another Madonna…sorry but it's true…But i have to admit, it's a great video and Gaga is definitely trying her hardest to be the next Queen of Pop. But Madonna already used Jonas Akerlund back in 1998…this video is hardly anything fresh. It must suck to forever be in Madonna's shadow…she set the bar waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay high and there will never be anyone who does it like Madonna….ever. Ray Of Light (also by the genius Jonas) blows this video out of the water.

Re: VQ – Yes, agreed…Madonna didn't need to have the best voice, dance moves or looks…She had spunk…that's really hard to find….Lady Gaga is super cool, but she has no true personality…If Lady Gaga were in a room w/ Madonna, all eyes would still be on Madonna. She just radiates this energy that absolutely cannot and will never be duplicated…They can try, but there will only ever be ONE MADONNA. I don't know how to describe it, Madonna has the confidence (she never needed to hide behind gargantuan sunglasses), the spunk (have you seen her Live??? TOTAL ENERGY), and the gorgeous eyes (the most mesmerizing blue/green eyes I've ever seen)…Love Gaga, but she needs better looks and better dance moves to be the Queen!

It's just crazy how good she is! The clothes, the setting, and choosing director (from Sweden yay!) and co-star (ALSO from Sweden! SuperYAY!) Her clothes are just off the chart! She knows what to pick to make an impact on people!

He was revolutionary and thats why Thriller ALWAYS, in EVERY POLL, is rated as the best music video ever. Before his time, the music video was blah.. and he changed popculture industry totally.
