This reminds me of when, once upon a time, Maxim *used* to be a funny, witty men's magazine. Then, the writing became mean-spirited and misogynistic — and hence, no longer intelligent.
I'm all for satire and clever banter…but making fun of this poor girl's physical appearance does seem to cross the line. She's done all she can (without resorting to awful plastic surgery) to make herself look interesting and attractive. It's unnecessarily cruel to make fun of someone's physical appearance when it's something they are born with and can't change. It might be different if this were somehow newsworthy otherwise.
