Mariah Carey has got some new music ready for her fans as she revealed on her Twitter.
Says Nick Cannon's wife: "The 1st single from my new album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is called Obsessed and will be at radio next Tuesday. I'm a lil' exc …"
She's really excited! Not just a little excited, as she later tweets: "Seriously, this is one of my favorite songs ever. I love the whole album. I'm completely immersed in it. I can't wait for you to hear it. LY"
We are hoping for a great Mariah hit!
The new single is produced by The Dream. Hope it's not a nightmare!

I really and truly hope she starts to backpedal to back when she had a ton of #1's and sang songs that were so true to her vocal talent such as during the '90's. She has such a beautiful voice it's a shame she has been heading toward more the R & B track, not that that's a bad thing - just miss her old stuff - it made her who she is.

soo excited!!! it has been way too long for me and i think this song is going to kick ass. she just tweeted that it will be uptempo and summery but different for her which sounds great to me. she also said that later she is releasing a ballad that will be very old school mariah, so i think she is covering all the bases on this one. it might be her rumored cowrite with walter afanasieff who has cowritten a bunch of her early hits!!!
