Ursula in the new Broadway adaptation of the Disney musical The Little Mermaid.
Travel & Leisure magazine has this exclusive photo in their October issue of actress Sherie Rene Scott backstage in her dressing room, speaking to director Francesca Zambello, while getting into her "Ursula" hair and make-up.
Looks pretty damn cool!

Sherie Rene Scott is so awesome. I know her from when she grew up in Top-City (Topeka Ks.). She is one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Skinny or fat she will do Ursula perfect. No worries there. I am so excited for her.

PEOPLE! Ursula HAS to be thin because she has to take over for Ariel on land! Just because there is no body suit in this ONE photo!!!!! doesn't mean there isn't going to be one or that the production team doesn't know wtf they are doing! Notice the description only says Sherie is getting into her HAIR and MAKEUP, NOTHING about a COSTUME. Stop bitching about Ursula's weight haters! Let her be however damn skinny she wants to be!

Umm, a lot of you are clearly quite clueless about Broadway aren't you? This isn't a direct adaptation of the film, sweeties. Do you realise how difficult it would be to get a larger proportioned woman to play her, and then 2 more for the ensemble to be her Understudies? Thought not.
So yeah. Sherie is fine. And amazing, too.

I saw the show and it was ok…. A little disappointing compared to the other Disney Broadway shows… The best part definitely was Ursala, this girl may not be a "big bitch" but man does she have an amazing voice and stage presence! I loved her!
