Monday was one of the worst days Britney Spears has had in a long time, and she's had some pretty bad ones recently.
First, her lawyer quit. Then her manager dropped her. And, finally, the day ended for her with Fox News reporting that Spears will lose temporary custody of her two kids.
The news network claims that the Los Angeles Family Court received new information over the weekend and based on that and all the info they already have, they will give full custody (albeit temporary) to KFed.
The ruling is expected to be handed down shortly.

I feel horrible about the situation these kids are in right now, kind of being passed around from one home to another. In reality, I don't believe that Kevin or Britney should have the kids. Britney's parents want them more than anything, and her parents are responsible. Her parents should have custody of those kids.
people with chemical imbalances need help. People can be born prone to imbalances and too many traumas (especially within such a small span of time) can trigger mental dieases if you have certain genes. Add chemical drugs to the mix, add a little post-natal depression and you have an imbalance that is off the charts. She NEEDS help. she needs to quit feeling A) DENIAL B) SORRY FOR HERSELF C) EMABARESSED ABOUT IT or D) SCARED ABOUT IT,,, because if she doesnt do it soon she is going to loose everything shes worked hard for…sometimes you have to suck it up and realize you aren't in control. nevermind the fact that it makes you feel like shit when it hits you that you cant control your emotional state or mental state properly.. at first it makes you feel like a total failure as a human being. cause you figure if you can't control your feelings what the fuck can you control.. that feeling passes!! but she needs to get on meds!
First of all, the people who say Britney should "kill herself" hopefully don't live in the US …. we don't need stupid ass people like that here. It is people like you who make this world the shitty place it is. If you were all dead, then the world would be a MUCH happier place. How does it feel for someone to wish you were dead? Secondly, HOW does anyone really know what Britney is like? Oh yeah, because you read it on a blog OH PLEASE. They claim she is out partying and shit all the time and then put a picture of her out at night on the street…oh boy that is partying HARD, what a fuckin joke. Search through all of her pictures and see how many show her clubbing rather than walking across the street at night …even if some do, big fuckin deal have none of you with children ever hired a baby sitter (or nanny in her case) and gone out?
NONE of you know what kind of mother Britney is or know the truth about what kind of person she actually is. In order for you to form a reasonable opinion about her you would have know what she is actually doing…ALL DAY not just sporatic nights here and there. Check out the pictures good…see how many have her in different clothes and stuff. Not many. Do you REALLY think a celebrity with the $ she has would wear the same thing over and over again? Doubtful.
You call her a whore, why b/c she had 2 children with her husband (at the time.)? She didn’t “show” her cooter…she went out without panties (OH MY GOD SHOOT HER…LIKE SHE IS THE FIRST)…the only difference between her and a non-celebrity going out without panties is the non-celebrity doesn’t have the paparazzi trying to shoot pics up their skirts. She didn’t POSE for those pictures. The women that could be labled as whores and sluts are the who POSE in the nude, FOR MONEY, not the people who are unwillingly photographed.
Her kids….you have some jerk who shows up at court to say crap about her FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE FACT…give me a break. If he were concerned he would have been speaking out a LONG time ago. She wouldn’t have fired him, he would have quit and went straight to the proper authorities. Instead, he waits until a court battle begins then shows up with his claims. If you believe him and his stories, you are stupidier than you claim Britney is. You should see things for what they are and not live with blinders on. As for the attorneys not questioning him, of course they didn’t, if they questioned him that would be a stupid move on their part. That would be acknowledging his claims exist. Not questioning him is not making his claims true. It is a legal strategy and a good one.
All I can say is, for those of you who sit here ridiculing her and bad mouthing her, your all worse than her by a LONG SHOT. I have to laugh at each one of you that call her stupid…your much stupider for believing all the shit you read about her. At least she doesn’t appear to be naive … like all of you do. If you had any brains, you would read stories more carefully instead of picking out the pieces you think matter…for one, “supposedly” court didn’t even have anything to do with the custody issue, it was about the divorce issues. AND stay stuff about “oh my did she dress like that to go to court” that picture was taken when she was out with a couple of friends AT NIGHT if you look … and it is said that neither her or KFed were even at court.
