Monday was one of the worst days Britney Spears has had in a long time, and she's had some pretty bad ones recently.
First, her lawyer quit. Then her manager dropped her. And, finally, the day ended for her with Fox News reporting that Spears will lose temporary custody of her two kids.
The news network claims that the Los Angeles Family Court received new information over the weekend and based on that and all the info they already have, they will give full custody (albeit temporary) to KFed.
The ruling is expected to be handed down shortly.

i have dealt with a mentally ill and suicidal mother- thankfully she made it through and now lives a normal life. the fact that people are urging britney to take her own life or mocking it, is disgusting. she is sick people… and everyone calling her FAT, trailor trash, bad mother, whore, ugly are just pitiful. this is not the kind of things she needs to be hearing. if she does commit suicide, you can all thank your disgusting selves for putting all these morbid ideas into her head.

A former Britney Spears bodyguard was the much-hyped "secret witness" in her custody battle with Kevin Federline on Monday.
Tony Barretto, 28, was prepared to testify about "issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use and safety issues involving the children" that he witnessed as her bodyguard before she fired him on May 17, says Barretto's attorney, Gloria Allred, who brought him to court. Instead of testifying, his written allegations were entered into court as evidence.
Spears's lawyer, Laura Wasser strongly denied allegations of drug use by Spears. "He isn't a credible witness," said attorney Wasser after a two-hour closed-door hearing on Monday.
Wasser also confirmed that Spears and Federline's current 50-50 custody arrangement for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, will remain in effect for now.
