As per usual, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter look a little more freakier than necessary. But Anne Hathaway is a vision in white!

Nah. I would have liked to have seen ROB ZOMBIE (House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects) direct his own version of Alice in Wonderland. Now you know THAT would have been the shit. LOL
omg you have no idea how fucking excited I am for this movie. i've been obsessed with alice adventures in wonderland since i read the book when i was 7.
my only problem with the movie is the girl playing alice is a teenager, when in the book, she is only 6 or 7. but oh well, i guess since it's tim burton its going to be a little too weird for a child

Re: missbunny – at one point there was talk that SMGP would be playing Alice for American McGee's Alice video game inspired movie. I don't think this is still in the works though.
I don't want to have to wait till 2010 for this to come out… I'm not that patient. I also gotta say that I don't love Helena's make up and costume for the queen of heats. Am I the only one?

JONNY DEPP and ANNE HATHAWAY, my two favourite characters and I've always liked HBC's craziness, lol. Can't wait. Terri Hatcher would have been perfect for the Red Queen, they wouldn't even need to enhance her head.
And for the last time, ANEE HATHAWAY PLAYS THE WHITE QUEEN NOT ALICE. The black eye-brows add a better visual effect than if everything was white and she ended up looking like Ororo Munroe/ Storms racially altered sister.

Burton has become so predictable on his interpretation of a story. And, what a stretch for Depp and Carter to play characters such as this. Yawn
I'll be pissed if it's no good. Alice in Wonderland is perfect for Burton, and I've read both of the books. hopefully he won't let the plot get lost in the weirdness, either.
