TLC is going to be pissed!!
Jon and Kate Gosselin have ruined the reveal of their "life changing decisions" by filing for a legal split on the day of their highly anticipated show!!
The documents, which were filed at Bucks County Courthouse in Reading, Pennsylvania on Monday afternoon, will end the couple's ten year marriage!
No surprise here!!!!!
We think the drama is far from over though.
A custody battle with 8 kids?!
Sounds like with this amount of drama, the show will likely continue.

based on last night's episode i don't think there will be much of a fight for the kids on jon's part. i don't think he cares that much and is cool with kate taking them and doing all the work.
How the hell are they going to share a house? Thats why i want to know. Jon stays there for a few days and makes the house messy, Kate will come there for a few days and freak out because stuff is out of place. Im letting them know right now sharing a house will not work.
Seriously, that episode made me so mad! Jon is an idiot. He is trying to go back to his twenties, with his earrings, graphic tees, and twenty something girlfriend. Ugh, he makes me sick! He is so stupid and lazy! Everything he said in his interview made me so angry. I felt bad for Kate. I really hope they reconcile. But its not looking very likely. I thought they just separated, btw? Not divorce…?
I'm sorry, but Kate is one Major Money Whore in my book. I think the show is fake as the day is long re her actually taking care of her kids - she was traveling all over BEGGING for money from small town churches, crying "I can't feed my kids. What a LIAR, what a hypocrite.

TLC should just take this show off the air. Why would people want to watch the miserable bitch and her "no balls" husband go through a divorce and custody battle. They need to cancel this show for the sake of the kids. I don't buy magazines with them on it and I don't watch the show and from the sounds of the ratings no one else is either. I am so sick of hearing about this. We hear more about this than our troops at war!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: ck2010 – Jon is not a reliable parent. His son got hurt Sat. His daughter got hurt this winter when Kate was touring her book. Jon left the keys in his ATV and one of the little girls jumped off it onto the dog. Did they get hurt? Jon gave radar online 3 interviews over the weekend. No kids in site for each one. He said he was home ALONE with them for 4 days. He was photographed away from home 4 times this weekend 3 with NO children and one time taking the hurt little boy to ER. JON IS A LIAR or a very bad father. The kids are NOT SAFE IN JON'S CARE.

Glad to see I'm not the only one bothered by this whole geography thing. I live in Reading, Pennsylvania. Jon and Kate do not. We get enough negative press already; we don't need the added drama.
If the show continues then we'll all know for sure that they don't care at all about their kids. I was hoping the big announcement was going to be that they were gong off the air…like adults and parents.
Will it be just Kate plus 8? Not sure what to think but I do worry about those kids that they think they are protecting.

How can you leave your family with 8 children and move to new york. (a six hour commute just to see them). Kate may have been the b&**&T, but Jon just trumped her and he looks like the jerk now. He doesn't care about those kids.
Jon and Kate are horrible people, and I feel terrible for their kids. They sewed their own poison, and they deserve what happened to them. Years from now, when those kids end up in therapy, I hope someone will have to the sense to say you didn't do this, your idiot fucking parents, and TLC did this. I hope they cancel the show immediately.
