Michael Jackson Dies After Cardiac Arrest

Michael Jackson has passed away, multiple media outlets are reporting.
The singer suffered a cardiac arrest Thursday afternoon and was rushed to the emergency room.
When paramedics arrived at Jackson's home, he had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.
Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate Jackson but they had no luck.
Such a sad loss, especially for his three young children.

Re: andre.lempicki – While I agree on the cosmetic surgery - his skin condition is real. My husband and his grandmother both had it. It's especially noticeable when skin is scarred. After illness, his grandmother lost a lot of thick skin and ended up porcelain white. My husband's is only where he's been scarred and in areas that would normally be deeply pigmented are the opposite. He did have that condition. Bleaching does not do what happened to his skin.

Now I understand how folks felt when Elvis died. I literally shed a tear on the ride home this afternoon. All of the radio stations were playing tributes. Part of my youth has died. Regardless of the present, I grew up with this man. Jackson 5 - I was in kindergarden. Jackson cartoon - I was in the 3rd grade. Off The Wall - junior high. And to this day I remember racing home from my first full-time job to see the premier of Thriller on MTV. Damn. I'm old. And he was too young to die.

I remember "Right On" magazine, Jackson 5 cartoons, Soul Train, etc.. I was born in the sixties, so it was all the rage. My prayers go out to his children and his family. Though not by some, he will be missed.

I'd seen MJ in person four times and met his family numerous occasions. He was nothing like the press wrote about, and not much like the public believed.
