He was interviewed by CNN on the red carpet.

this man seems heartless…he used to abuse his son and now he's dead and gone he's out at an awards ceremony…some people are just made of stone…BUT the only thing I agree with is when he said people are being nicer bout him now he's dead…which is true because now people are feeling guilty for all the shit they put michael through

Honestly, I think that the interviewer took it too far. I realize that Joe was at a public event, but he must still be in shock. The interviewer was keeping him in his clutches for as long as possible, asking one question after another. I can see why the crazy old man may have become overwhelmed.

Michael father was there because the entire show was about Michael. It was to honor Michael Jackson. Not Joe! Janet came out for about 30 seconds and OMG she could not speak. She said to us he was an artist but to them he was family. She thanks his fans and everyone and had to be taken off the stage.She wore a beautiful white duster pants outfit. Everyone is focusing to much on this man. A beautiful man has just passed away. One who has inspired most of us in some way or another. Most of my life ive experienced the medias version of michael but I who was born in 1990 always thought of him in his glory days. I remember the humanitarian, the man that did everything he could do to help children in need. The man who inspired and will continue to inspire generations of performers. Im still in shock over what happened and tear up just thinking of him. Michael had such an energy that you felt connected to him although you have never met him. I feel for his family and hope that they will get through this as stronger people. We all owe Michael our full respect. And wether or not you were a fan everyone must acknowledge how he has changed the world. Rest in Peace Michael. I love you, Your fans love you, and most importantly your children and family love you FOREVER!
