At least THEY are showing some respect, hey Perez?

Sharpton is one of the most racist people in this country - he hates white people so I don't understand his reasoning……..ohhhhhhh, he's a fame whore, thats right!!!!

  3. 3

    Heaven is the resting place.

  4. 4

Why aren't people lining up to honor our fallen military people, or fire fighters, or police?! Sick.

HMV today claimed that sales of Michael Jackson's music have outstripped the demand for material by Elvis Presley and John Lennon following their untimely deaths.
Simon Fox, the chief executive of HMV, said that sales of Michael Jackson albums have multiplied by 80 times, totalling 40,000 units, since the singer's death last Thursday. He estimates that across the UK, 125,000 albums by Jackson have been sold since last week.
The music retailer, which had stocked up on albums by the King of Pop in anticipation of his 50 farewell performances at the O2, sold out of CDs on Saturday and is currently re-stocking from Sony.
During his lifetime, Jackson sold over 750 million records and Mr Fox today claimed that the recent surge in demand for CDs surpassed that following Presley's death in 1977 and Lennon's assassination in 1980.

Al Sharpton is just as dignified as Joe Jackson, they are two peas in a pod and lack all dignity and integrity. I'm sure Michael Jackson felt the same about both of these unsavory individuals. This event was tainted by the presence of Al Sharpton he is a foolish man.

I'm sorry I'm so over hearing about his death. Was he talented back in the day - yes. But for years society had him on the back burner. He's a freak - and now as we are all learning a pain pill addicted freak who has a shady shady past in which he paid off the mother of his "children" and childrens families who accused him of molestation. He dies and all the sudden he's the best thing since sliced bread. I don't understand the fascination with celebrity deaths, and I cleary don't understand the fascination with his. He used drugs, abused plastic surgery, owed people money right and left, made his children wear masks, was accused of molesting kids and suddenly he's the best. Bull*** if you ask me. Whoever said someone about honoring fallen soliders etc- I totally agree there are WAY more important things going on in the world except for the death of this man! Sorry no offense to anyone but enough already!

    Re: -ohmy-
The thing is that people like you wont never understand the IMPORTANCE of Michael Jackson for the world. We don't see people like him and there will never be ppl like him. I guess you are a Lizzie MgGuire fan and have a no clue of who he is and what he has done.

He started of at the age of 5 in a very racist AmeriKKKa back in the 50'-60's. MTV refused to put any afro-american arist before Mj. When Thriller came out, MTV had to deliberate for 10 days before they made the decision to let MJ's music videos air. HE BROKE DOWN THE RACIAL BARRIARS. His music touched all different nations, cultures, religions, ages, sex's etc. He is universal. He revolutiones the POP industry and the dance. He has given more than 300 million dollars to charity, the most amount given by any celebrity. This generation was brought up with his music. Ppl have childhood memories. He was the best.

I assume yo do some research about his music, what he meant for the world and even on his tribulations. People who HAVEN't STUDY the courtscrips should shut up. Read the courtscrips and then come back.

  24. 24

Re: minaahm – p.s. You read the courtscrips?? WOW obsessed w/ celebrity death much I bet you subscribe to star magazine and the enquirier! Listen - I don't deny he had talent but to treat this guy like he's a messiah is a joke. We are all entitled to our own opinions aren't we?

  25. 25

Re: minaahm – I'm sure the little boys he molested and their parents don't feel that way…….it's called an opinion and everyone's entitled to one. If "joe the plumber" acted the way MJ did, he'd never be put on a pedestal the way this freak has been since his death.

Re: minaahm – I agree 100%. Michael's passing has affected many people across the world and he is one of most important and influencial icons of the 20th century. Im saddened to hear of his pain and lonliness in his personal life and may he now rest in peace!!!

Re: RobPnMeShouldB – Oh, were you there when he allegedly "molested" the children? How do you know really? Maybe the parents of these kids were setting him up to milk him for money. He never molested Macauly, Corey, Emmanuel, why would he molest a kid with cancer? Believe what you want to believe, but all you know is what the media feeds the public.

  28. 28

Perez, you shouldn't write about Michael Jackson until you apologize for accusing him of faking his death in the first place. Take responsibility for what you've said.

  29. 29

hard to imagine that michael was ever "an amateur"
