So what if Madonna has done this before. Deborah Harry and Marilyn Monroe did it before her and did it better. You have to put these photo shoots into perspective. I'm sure Lady Gaga had expressed ideas of how she wanted to look and be photographed, but most of the concepts are usually thought up by the photographer and/or the magazine for whom she's posing.
