Through lots of hard work and dedication, we think we look like a completely different person today. We are very happy with our results, and we've still got a lot of more work to do!
Going shirtless last 4th of July was a great motivator, and doing it again this year was a great way to hold us publicly accountable to ourself.

i love the fact that even though you're not "perfect", you kept to your word and showed off your new bod. and even better than the weight loss (which is awesome, by the way) is the fact that you're healthier. : ) continued success.
Great job Perez! It's hard for people who lose a lot of weight because the excess skin can only get so tight. That's what he's working with and he is working hard.

Prob need to get that liopsucked, really. Certain fat deposits just won't go away no matter how hard you work at it. Trust. I run and work out daily and still have shabyy thighs and cottage chesse. If I had the money, I would.
