Through lots of hard work and dedication, we think we look like a completely different person today. We are very happy with our results, and we've still got a lot of more work to do!
Going shirtless last 4th of July was a great motivator, and doing it again this year was a great way to hold us publicly accountable to ourself.

perez, honestly, you should remove the negative comments because you have done a really great thing and it makes me sad that you would be put down for doing it. I wish you the best this next year, keep it up and BEWARE, the pounds go on easier than they come off so don't let up and go on with your bad self. You are a great example - as a boot camp instructor and a martial arts instructor i have seen so many people try do what you are doing and very few succeed and keep it off. DO IT P, you can!!

You are low-life loser. Soon enough no one will care about you or anything you have to say and judging by these past few weeks looks like things are already headed in that direction. If you pulled up your boots, you would be a muscle man by now. A year and a half is a damn long time. Get your poop together and plan out a new program, because your current one is failing.
Hit the free weights 3-4x per week, and cardio every day or every other day. Most importantly, only eat what your body will use, with a 500 calorie (max) deficit. To determine how many calories you use, google "BMR" and be sure to multiple your BMR (basal metabolic rate) by the activity level you are at (chars for this are usually on sites that have the BMR calculator on it).
Once you start, make no excuses. Let yourself go wild every so often - everyone takes cheat days or meals.
