Through lots of hard work and dedication, we think we look like a completely different person today. We are very happy with our results, and we've still got a lot of more work to do!
Going shirtless last 4th of July was a great motivator, and doing it again this year was a great way to hold us publicly accountable to ourself.

People, try it at home, stand in front of the mirror shirtless and look at yourself, then lift your hands above your head and look at yourself again, you'll see how your whole chest and sides are lifted up and stretched and you appear thinner almost miraculously.
