Michael’s final wishes have been granted!
Los Angeles judge Mitchell Beckloff just ruled that Michael Jackson‘s 2002 will is valid, at the expense of his mother, Katherine.
Per the will, MJ attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain will become executors of Michael’s estate, estimated at $500 million.
Attorneys for Katherine wished to delay the decision in order to sway it in their favor. They even went so far to suggest that due to an unspecified disability, McClain was unfit to serve as executor.
We don’t understand the complaint.
Michael left her a ton of money!
She probably is not handling this matter for a good reason!
