A judge has ruled that Alex Young, Kate Walsh's opportunist ex-husband, can make ABC president Stephen McPherson sit for a deposition and be grilled regarding Walsh's financial prospects at the network.

The couple were only married 14 months!!!!!!!

"It's as if Manny Ramirez was getting divorced and the first deposition they want to take is the president of ESPN," said an ABC lawyer, who claims that Young is harassing the Private Practice star and the network with money in mind.
