Hilary Duff Named Ambassador

Congrats!
Hilary Duff, who has managed to successfully navigate the path from child to adult star, has been named the ambassador for the youth for the city of Bogota in Colombia.
Hil will visit the city as a guest of honor sometime between August 1st and August 15th.
Her ambassadorship comes as a result of her growing efforts with Blessings in a Backpack.
And, starting in October, y'all can catch the Duffster on Gossip Girl.
