
The latest trendy diet to come out of someone’s famous ass comes from Gwyneth Paltrow: a juice detox diet.
Clear a path to the bathroom!
Gwyn has been following the regiment for about 3 weeks and she exclaims she is very “happy and much lighter.” Being fit has always been very important to Gwyn and we don’t think we’ve ever seen her gain a single pound, but she seems to think she has.
She writes to her GOOP newsletter: “I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious ‘relax and enjoy life phase’ about a month ago.”
The diet is called The Clean Program, where a person indulges in two liquid meals a day with one solid sandwiched in between. Cardiologist Dr. Alejandro Junger explains the “Clean” detox works by cutting out most food and “reducing digestive work so detox can occur in full mode.” Gwyneth suggests it “works wonders.”
Doesn’t sound very healthy for THREE WEEKS!
