People, he is a musician. A wonderful performer. But his acting skills are sub-par and if you give him a movie role like this, we might never get the sexy back!
It was announced this morning that there are three contenders in line for the new Warner Bros./ DC Comics flick Green Lantern. They are Bradley Cooper, Ryan Reynolds, and Timberpuss.
Please, please, PLEASE: Go with Ryan or Brad.
Ryan has experience in geek-loving films. He was so good in Wolverine; they're giving him his own movie! And Brad, well, he's just a funny force of nature and if he truly is dating Maniston, you'd have her A-list presence on the shoot. Huh? Wouldn't you like that?
Now, what does Timberpuss have to offer? Just his own pretty face, we suppose, but not much else.
Make the right choice Hollywood!

i have to agree with peretzel…justin is a great singer and performer…but acting…umm, not so much…i think that the role should go to ryan…most def!!
JT is funny, and a good singer. If this was a comedy a la SNL skits that he does then YES! otherwise I totally agree with passing him on this one.
I kind of agree with you on this one, Perez. I love me some Timberlake, but while he makes funny SNL skits, he's not a good actor. Ryan Reynolds… meh. Hot as hell, but not my cup of tea. Now Bradley Cooper on the other hand…. Mmmmmmmmm…. Not only is he sexy, but he can really act. So yeah, go with Brad, Hollywood.

I actually agree with you perez. Timberlake is an amazing singer/performer, funny on SNL and is hella hot but acting in a movie??? No way. Either Brad or Ryan is fine because they're both hot!!!!

I would say Ryan Reynolds but he needs to play THE FLASH. Come on he's be perfect as the Flash. Whenever they make that movie I'm going to be sorely disappointed by the lead role I'm sure. It's a role Ryan was born to play. Someone needs to tell him to stop playing other heroes.

i agree, please do NOT pick jt. i think bradley and ryan are both hot and good at acting, but ryan fits the role better. he looks good in these types of movies AND in the more realistic ones, while i can only see bradley doing the latter

Bradley is my personal choice, because he is hotter than most human beings AND he is a great actor. However, Ryan would be great too and he is very hot also. His abs are ridiculous. Bradley has a great body as well and Bradley is just SOOOO sexy it is not even right. JT just has a head fulla pubes and a voice like a girl. GROSS. He is not that great of an actor to carry a whole movie. Plus he would probably want to put some his shitastic music on the soundtrack…((vom))

i don't know about him in this role, but justin is not a bad actor. i don't know why you always hate on him for that. a couple of weeks ago you said that his turn in alpha dog was a disaster, but go to rotten tomatoes, check out the reviews, justin's performance was praised across the board. AND, everytime he hosts snl, it's an EVENT, he's one of the bests hosts ever. face it, he's pretty talented all the way around. i don't know why you don't think so.

Its been announced Hal Jordan will be played by Ryan Reynolds. I'm not too fussed, I like comic book movies but the comic book devotees will scream sacrilage as Ryan is now Deadpool AND Green Lantern. Ye can't be in Marvel and DC at the same time and as the much talked about Deadpool film belongs to Fox and DC is Warner's billion dollar beetch, I can smell another law suit between these two. I wanted Nathan Fillion to be Green Lantern but its somewhat ironic that Berg got the part
One must look at the GF( girl factor) which would be high in a case like this. If its a comedy, then YES, otherwise, he doesn't have the body. Sorry JT but Ryan and Bradley do.
