veggie looking is looking thin and unhealthy and having bad hair and skin from eating an unhealthy diet. many vegetarians look unhealthy because they dont eat a balanced vegetarian diet. they will load up on carbs to replace meat. it is very hard to eat balanced when u are a vegetarian, harder if u are a vegan. its difficult to get the proper amount of protein, creatin and b vitamins. sorry. its just the truth. i didnt make up the science of proper nutrition.
