Re: meganisabitch – You make a VERY good point. That's why Beth is a hypocrite.

  2. 202

what is the fucking point in having a plus size range modelled by a size 8 model. Pathetic.

  3. 203

WHY DIDN'T SHE HIRE A PLUS SIZE MODEL, TO MODEL THE CLOTHES???!!!!

SHE HAS TOO MUCH FAT ON HER BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! IDIOT!!!!!!!!

  4. 204

If Beth loves how she looks so much why didn't she get models H E R S I Z E to model her "collection".

  5. 205

There is nothing new, nor original, in her line. She has quite pathetically made a mockery of her own "design ability" by rehashing 80's styles…styles that I wore as a teen IN the 80's. But since the 80's are back, and have been for the past year and a half, she figured she would cash in on the trend–who needs actual design talent, right? Girls have been buying up real vintage 80's for well over a year now.
    —————————
And for the big loud mouthed in your face bitch that she is, I'm shocked that she allowed such thin girls to model her clothes. #1 A size 10 is NOT considered PLUS. and #2 None of these girls are EVEN a size 10!

  6. 206

Re: Rockettgirl2000 – People don't seem to understand that. Fashion has never been about small sizes, A size 12/14 which this girl is is a plus size model and she gives you just a teaser of the clothes.

The reality is that she looks good and she's only meant to encourage you to come and look at Ditto's clothes if you get the chance. If Ditto put up pics of herself she'd send women running for the hills because that's what kind of hypocrites the world is filled with.

  7. 207

That's great and everything, but the model wearing those clothes isn't fat.

  8. 208

Re: Miss Tia – agreed, another wierd thing in fashion, 'hmm…ok, we have a plus sized line here, let's get a normal if not slightly skinny looking girl to model them!' …wow…

  9. 209

If it's a plus- line, then why aren't cows like Ditto modeling?

  10. 210

    Holy Shit!!!!!
It's my closet from 1984-86 come back to haunt me.
Wow! Guess fashion is going the way of movies. Everyone is just redoing stuff from the 80's. Will some one have an original idea please!!!!!!

  11. 211

Cure stuff… but why aren't these models plus-sized?

  12. 212

Yeah I've always wanted to wear dice on my dress..UGLY as Hell!

  13. 213

if this is a plus size line of clothing.. where are the plus size models? bad advertising there….

  14. 214

    Loves it!

  15. 215

    Re: amifirst – You're signing e v e r y one? ɷ

  16. 216

Um, why is there a skinny woman modeling this? And since when did a size 10 become plus size?????

  17. 217

I like the designs…but she should have had plus sized gals modeling them.

  18. 218

Oh Joy. Clothing for fat cows. Looks like the 80's crappola is coming back for fatties.

  19. 219

    kwl

  20. 220

and yet it's not modeled by plus sized models…how ridiculous is that?
    Re: Miss Tia
AGREED. Great clothes great style, but why hide away from the product? sad beth

  21. 221

personally.. i do not wanna see plus size women in tunics and leggings.. not very attractive for a plus size line, if it where regular sizes it would be cute..

  22. 222

I like that the "plus sized" collection comes in size 10 and up…last I checked, you can buy size 10 clothes at regular store, but it's difficult to come by anything over size 12 or 14 at regular store. "Plus size" is 16+. So this is BS.

  23. 223

i'm not plus sized, can i get what the model's wearing?
    how confusing..

  24. 224

if its a plus size line shouldnt the models be plus size?? what a shame..

  25. 225

If you were gonna make a plus size line wouldnt it make the girls buying the clothes feel better by seeing a chick that looks just like them in the clothes… And by the way Beth Ditto wears clothes that are super inappropriate for a woman of her size to wear. fair enough if they were tight and she looked okay but she has chunks hanging off her everywhere she does not dress for her size she dresses like a woman half her size… and i mean that she looks like she wears clothes miles too small. I dont care if its BRAVE its friggin FOUL.

  26. 226

Re: sheba088 – "Im a size six and a former model"…. Of course you are hahahahaha

  27. 227

Re: thepinkyandthebrain – Cause she is fat and she is super jealous of the normals and skinnys… ask any big chic and she will tell you the same thing. The normals and skinnys get all the good clothes so just let the bigger ladies have this one. Its fu*kin ugly anyway! There are so many of these styles out there is nothing new here.

  28. 228

Is that model supposed to be plus sized???

  29. 229

I'M A 10. THAT IS NOT A PLUS. FUCK BETH AND HER PINATA FAT ASS. OVER OPINIONATED SELF CALLING ME A + SIZE. GET A LAP BAND BITCH. AND PUT THE ICE CREAM DOWN.

  30. 230

Wow, that stuff's cool. I like the dice dress. I'd wear those clothes, except I'm not plus size.

  31. 231

PEOPLE. why don't you realize that this is what the fashion industry is? a size 2 is considered to big for a normal runway model. its ridiculous, yes, but its the truth. you all act like you know so much about this topic, really, shut up. they are pluz sized and they look amazing. and all of you people who are like "they aren't fat enough"…what the hell is wrong with you? that's just ignorant. saying that she should have used "fat girls". the plus sized model size is between usually a 8-10. she may not be the biggest plus sized model, but she is one. just accept it. she's not rail thin, or super skinny. and she's not obese. she's a gorgeous plus sized model. some of you have said shit like, i want to see it on hugely fat women…that's unhealthy. i'm a size 14, and i need to lose weight. its the sad truth. just think before you type.

  32. 232

    Re: IvyLeagueBitch

actually, dear, i don't know where you modeled, but a PLUS SIZE model is typically range from size 8-20, but go all the way up to 32W. velvet d'amour of the 2006 jean paul gaultier line is a size 28. emme aronson is a size 16. there are REAL plus size models, just not in beth ditto's line!

  33. 233

    Re: UkysGirl

the "normals?" seriously? honestly more than 50% of people now are NOT "skinny," so i guess that makes plus size divas normal now.

and jessiep206, it doesn't really matter what YOU want to see plus size women in, does it? i think we can dress ourselves…
