It's bad enough that the ratings for Heroes are in the toilet, now Miz Panettiere can add a box office bomb to her resume!
Her new film I Love You Beth Cooper, pulled in a staggeringly bad $2 million at theaters on Friday night, with the movie only expected to make $6 million by the end of the weekend.
Back to the minor leagues you go!

the movie title reminded me too much of "John Tucker Must Die" that's why it didn't seem that interesting to me..

and something else I will add is that she is short when have you ever seen a shortie actress pull in mega buck for a movie or even win an oscar, all the greats were tall or appeared larger than these petite actresses like greta garbo, katherine hepburn, julia roberts, kate winslet, elizabeth taylor even anjelina jolie is tall, cameron diaz, thats why they get pig paychecks. sorry hayden and eva longoria.

Re: YUCK – First off, Kate Winslet is not tall- she is of average height. Seonc, Elizabeth Taylor IS on the short side.. I have met her in person and she was only a tad taller than me.
Now, Bette Davis, whom was a fabulous actress, stood at a height of only 5'3. Jodie Foster and Olivia de Havilland, I believe, are both less than 5'4 in height. All three of these actresses have won two Oscars each, are seen as legends, and were bankable actresses in their prime. Yes, many great actresses are tall, but I don't think their height played as a part of their success or paycheck.

Helen Hayes, whom was an actress for over 70 years, was one of only ten people who have won an Emmy, a grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony Award. She was shorter than Hayden- standing at only 5 feet. She is sheer proof that height has NOTHING to do with the success of an actress; long legs will not help acting skills… just ask Megan Fox.

I didn't see many previews for this movie, and what I did see did not make the movie look worthy of paying to see it in the theater!! I may think about putting it on my netflix list when I'm reallly bored one night when it comes out on dvd (which will probably be really soon! ha)

It is not that they are over her. Most people have no clue who she is. She is not really a big star. The failure of I love you beth cooper has more to due that it is a horrible movie and a stupid story for the big screen. I really dont think that the studio expected big things for it. The ratings for heroes also have nothing to due with her. Heroes is a very confusing tv show. That only had one good season. There area to many characters. The story is hard to follow. It goes back and forth. Not sure what you have against her. She is a working actress, just trying to make her way.
