There might be a lot of disagreement surrounding the financial and property holdings of the late Michael Jackson, but something that everyone seems to be in agreeance with is that his children be kept away from their grandfather, Joe Jackson.
In a reported secret arrangement between the two eldest children’s mother and grandmother, Debbie Rowe agreed to give Katherine Jackson custody of the kids if she in turn agreed to keep them far away from Joe and not allow him to have any part in raising them.
A source suggests: “The last thing she wanted was for those kids to be looked after by Joe and go through what Michael went through. When [Rowe and Jackson] were [married], Michael poured out his heart about how much he loathed Joe for what he had done.”
The agreement also states that Debbie will never reveal that she is their mother to the children themselves. We’re really not clear as to why this clause was included,especially when the two oldest are perfectly capable of picking up a newspaper or going on the Internet and finding out for themselves. It’s not a secret to the rest of us, why should it be for them?
But we like that Katherine will be able to take care of the kids. It’ll be good for them, we think.
Then again, Katherine is almost 80!!!
