I understand that Jen and Ben are sick of being stalked by photographers. I wgree with them. But maybe they should move out of L.A to a place with less photographers though, like a small town somewhere like Julia Roberts did
Cute kids & dressed cute. BUT…. how old is violet that she is wearing a diaper???? My kids were potty trained by the time they were 22 months!

Re: alex's hunny - you got lucky - the average is close to 3 years. They may even be pull ups - just in case. She is a happy, healthy child with a wonderful family, who the hell cares if she's completely potty trained ?
How old is she? She's old enough to be PT without a doubt.
They don't allow the big kid to WALK, let alone go the bathroom by her self!
Yeah…I had to go doublecheck Violet's age. She turned 3 in December '08. Potty train your kid. I don't care if they are Pullups or not. I have a 3 year old and there is no excuse for an over 3 1/2 year old to not be potty trained! (Unless of course there are developmental disorders they haven't publicized) I like Ben and Jen but don't be lazy…

They are all adorable, but Ben & Jen sure don't look happy together very often! They always seem to be pouting when they are together.
ewww potty train your kid before shes in school!!! My daughter trained fully at 25 months. She is old enough to be PT.

Violet is the happiest child ever! I rarely ever see her without a huge smile on her face. So cute!
I personally don't think a three year old child not be 100% potty trained is that big of a deal. She'll get there in her own time.
Seriously? Who cares if she's not fully toilet trained yet!!! Heaps of 3 year olds aren't fully toilet trained, and for all we know she is really good at going to the toilet but they keep her in a pull up for accidents.
No need to fixate on the pull up/diaper issue. Children are toilet trained by the time kindergarten rolls around so there's no need to fuss.
Focus on the fact that they are an intact family taking care of their own children. Kudos to them!

Good Lord - Violet goes to school, and shouldn't be wearing pull=ups. Boys are harder to train (of which I'm aware) and schools do not accept kiddies in diapers (unless you're a celebrity of course). Looks like mom should spend less time carrying her around, treating her like a 2 year old, and work on potty training. This couple doesn't seem happy at all, unfortunately.
Okay Ben, put the child down. If you need to hold her hand, hold it, but by goodness, let her walk. Or can she??
I've figured out why these two are holding onto this little girl instead of letting her walk on her own. Having mommy's big ears, she might fly away in a strong wind. And, Perez, this little girl is not cute.

Aww I love them together! what a cute family…. all kids develop differently so back off because when your a parent one day you will understand.
I can't stand the "MY kid was potty trained by blah blah blah…" it's NOT a contest. All kids train eventually and parents who "train" kids before the nerves are fully developed (average age is 30 mos, but can be later) are in need of some education. It's very easy to teach a kid who is physically ready to use the potty…until then, LEAVE THEM ALONE you fruitcakes!
