Hell YES it's a boob job! there isn't a push up bra in the world - chicken cutlets, Miracle Bra, boob tape - NOTHING! - that will give the hard, high (fake-looking) roundness she has in this pic! No way it's real! Not that there's anything WRONG with that. What there IS something wrong with is the SHITEOUS boob jobs that Pam Anderson and Posh Beckham have, when they could surely have paid for something a little more real.
