Britney Loses Custody Of Her Kids!!!

K-Fed's plan worked!
Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's attorney, paid a visit to Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning to discuss Britney Spears driving illegally - without a valid drivers license - while her children were in the car with her this past weekend.
As a result, a Los Angeles judge on Monday took away Spears' custody rights and ordered to turn over her boys to Federline by Wednesday, OK! magazine was the first to report.
They will remain with him until further notice.
Until now, Britney and Kevin have had 50/50 joint custody. Now, Federline will have 100% physical custody.
The ruling says:
"Respondent's oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court's prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent's ex- parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88."
Did she fail one of her court-ordered random drug tests???? Did she not go to her court-ordered parenting classes????

it's not like she was a super mom and always there for those babies. putting them in cloth diapers, washing the diapers, hanging the diapers out on the clothes line to soak up the Vitamin D from the sun. i mean REAL hard working moms back in the day did that stuff. every breath they breathed was for their children, they were selfless, loving care givers. So let me get this straight-Britney Spears was driving with an invalid driving license and while driving with this invalid license, a califrornia cop helped her into Starbucks this past weekend and keeped the crown away from her. So why didn't the cop check her license instead of playing her bodyguard? is this our tax dollars at work?! Cops helping Train wrecks who drive their children around without a "Valid" license to get their morning coffee instead of checking them for unlawful behavior?

I'm not sure that being relieved of the duties of motherhood aren't a good thing for Brit if it means K-Fed will be out of her life once and for all. He destroyed her life and career the same way Bobby Brown destroyed Whitney's but thankfully, in Brit's case, she didn't wait so long to get rid of him and will be able to recover. I have no doubt that the children are not in danger since it goes without saying K-Fed will just use Brit's money to hire nannies to raise them (perhaps hiring his own family members). And I'm sure he'll let Brit's parents see the boys, since they'll be sure to pimp them out in a year or two the way they've done with their daughters. The evidence is pretty clear that Brit's fought as hard as she could to keep the boys, but their dad has essentially worn her down to the point of a breakdown. But how in the world will K-Fed explain to his children with Shar the reason why he and his children with Britney live so much better than they do — just explain that daddy's don't work? The children will ultimately be able to decide for themselves whether he did it because he "loves" them so much or because he wanted money from her in the form of child support! Why all the hating on Kevin? What exactly has he done wrong? He has a job and income. They are even thinking of expanding his role on the OC because he was so professional to work with. He stays home with the kids, makes sur they get time with their grandparents and half-siblings and doesn't parade them around in front of the paps. His "image" of being a thug seems to be all show and not really him at all. Oh, and his alimony from Brit runs out next month and when he files for more custody, he didn't request more child support. It's about the kids, not her cheap trailer trash money.

Make no mistake here, her own mother sold her out at a very young age and made A LOT of money. I think the focus of her rise and downfall should seriously include where she came from. I believe there are some serious issues with her parents and that they should be accountable for it.

Actually, an exparte order is temporary. He has temporary full custody. Custody battles can take up to a year. 99% of the time a judge will not take a child away from the parent completely. After the exparte order is up, the judge will probably issue supervised visitation. Then it will probably go to small unsupervised visitation and the final verdict will probably be that she will get every other weekend, summer visitation, and everyother holiday visitation. But she has definetly lost all possibility of joint custody.
finally!! it's about time someone takes those kids. she is finally being stopped from endangering and neglecting her poor children.
