What Is The Point To This Doll?!?

Hey kids! Are you looking for a toy that is sure to give you false impressions of motherhood and ultimately persuade you into having children at a very young age?
Then you'll want your parents to pick up Bebe Gloton, the world's first breast-feeding doll. That's right! It's a doll that cries to suck on the young nips of children who are still unaware what their nips are for.
Well, now they'll know!
A Spanish toymaker invented this ingenious plaything, which cries when it is "hungry" and is only satisfied when it gets a drink from the special halter top "nursing bra" that kids can strap on to simulate breast-feeding. It even makes sucking noises!!!
Doesn't this sound fun?
What happened to serving our dolls tea or having Barbie run stark naked through the house because the clothes were too hard to get back on once taken off? Guess, we're way beyond that these days!
Some critics say that this is positive plaything, promoting the "norm" in child feeding, rather than artificial means of the bottle. Some, more sane people, recognize that this might "speed up maternal urges" and equate the doll to introducing "sex ed in first grade."
We couldn't agree more with the latter!

wow people really are sick . If any of them had children and have ever breast fed they would and could understand the purpose of this doll. I wish this would have been out when my children were younger. Breast feeding is a wonderful thing and should not ever be seen as anything ugly. Children learn what they see, when my youngest was being breast fed my oldest wanted to be "mommy" too and be close to her "baby" too . She would hold her doll to her as if to breast feed, and do as I did. lovingly

What is wrong is that people thinking there is something sexual about breast feeding. My daughter pretends to breastfeed her dolls because that is the norm among our educated group of family and friends. She has only seen strangers feeding that fake chemically preserved 'formula' to children so it only natural that when she is roleplaying she would nurse the baby dolls.
Now the doll is stupid in the same way that the dolls that poop or pee are, but to suggest that there is something more sinister is dumb. Do you think simulated diaper changes speed up maternal urges??? Only perverts think there is anything sexual about breastfeeding.

Flipping grim, having had kids, I would say that this is a big no. and letting kids experience breastfeeding? that is beyond uncomprehensible.

There should not be anything inappropriate or taboo about breast feeding. It is one of the most natural things in the world. And correct me if I'm wrong, but in keeping with enforcing gender roles, humans have been forcing little girls to play with baby dolls for CENTURIES.
