Dancing With the Stars Plays By The Rules

Execs over at Dancing With the Stars are trying to put a cap on the DWTS curse for the upcoming season!
The show is taking lots of precautions this year. Such as limiting the amount of hours the stars rehearse!
“There’s a rule now that we’re not allowed to train for more than five hours a day for the first two weeks,” Dancing vet Cheryl Burke, tells E! News.
Oh, but there’s more!
“After every two hours, you have to have a 30-minute break. And we have to have one full day off a week,” Burke explained.
So what were the previous guidelines for the show????
Rules like these should have been in affect since the beginning!
Cheryl whined to reporters about the new set of rules for rehearsals, saying that five hours isn’t nearly enough time for someone’s body “to get into it.”
Hmmmmm.
If putting in ridiculously long hours at the dance studio wasn’t considered dangerous to beginning-level dancers, why did Nancy O’Dell, Jewel, Steve-O and Steve Wozniak – just to name a few – all end up with injuries???
