Looks like the heiress might have to pay up a bit.
Months ago, we told you about the lawsuit against Paris Hilton by Worldwide Entertainment Group, claiming that she didn’t do enough to promote her flop movie Pledge This!
They wanted $8.3 million in damages from her, which Paris refused to pay.
But yesterday, the judge ruled that “she won’t have to pay more than $8 million because of it.”
U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno said Paris might have to repay some of the $1 million she was paid to make the film and he would entertain arguments from the investors.
No worries P, you’ll make more money soon enough.
