What's wrong with abortion? It's a perfectly safe, effective and legal form of birth control. Why make it sound as it if's a bad thing? It's not like males are presented with any birth control options that aren't surgical, permanent or just plain ridiculous (condoms? Hello? Those date back to egyptian times!) If you think motherhood is horrible, you obviously don't know what it's about. I have a 7 month old daughter and I love her so much. My life without her was not half of what it is now. And my body looks just like it did before I had her too.
If you don't want to have a baby, DON'T GET PREGNANT. Use the pill or whatever, there are so many birth control methods out there that are very effective. The pill, if taken effectively, is 99.9% effective.

Someone mentioned it being satire. I am not sure everyone is deep enough to get the satire behind Sarah's performance. She goes to the same clinic, feeling less remorse with each abortion. The receptionist looks at her as if "Aww honey, it happens to everyone" then "Oh you again, you crazy girl" then with the affection of a regular customer and the doctor thinks the whole thing is a big joke.
