Michael's Brother To Testify Against Upcoming Nostalgia Tour!

Finally, someone with a conscience!
Michael Jackson's brother, Randy, will testify on Friday in an El Lay court against AEG Live's plan for a three-city memorial tour to honor the King of Pop.
The profits from the tour, which would begin in October, would be split 50-50 between the Jackson estate and AEG! A mayjah source of contention between the two parties!
Randy is testifying about the money?! We wondered where the Jackson family we know and, uh, write about were hiding!
Surprise, Surprise! Katherine also disagrees with the proposal!
AEG claims that if the deal is delayed any further, the tour will no longer happen.
The concert promoter and the Jackson family have been in a bitter battle since the Jacksons suggested the possibility of a wrongful death lawsuit against the company.
If only $$$$$ didn't bring out the worst in people!

We all mourn the loss of Michael. But come the fuck on people, all you are doing is trying to make a frigging dollar off of his death. Glad to see he meant so much to you.

oh COME ON PEREZ USE YOUR BRAIN, honey. randy isn't really included in the will as far as the estate so what good what it do him? he's concerned that the AEG is getting too much benefit off his brother's name. and the whole family things AEG is possibly partially responsible for the death of their brother. i really doubt that its about money for randy's benefit. that wouldn't even make sense.

Yes, Jermaine is doing a tribute for his brother with proceeds going to charity and I wouldn't consider that as being suspect. You call out Katherine for being money hungry etc. just b/c she wants to make sure that her son's estate is not in the hands of the wrong people, the same people who are trying to do this memoribillia tour and now you want to somewhat praize her for not wanting this tour to happen? The truth is that you and the rest of the media have been making up nothing but lies regarding what it is that the Jackson family is doing. I love MJ and I'm very sad that he is no longer with us, but who the hell wants to see a tour of his stuff??? I mean really, come on. The movie I will be at because he will actually BE IN IT! This tour of junk is stupid. Just throw the doc that killed him in jail and let him rest in peace.

The court sided with AEG, so now maybe some of you will understand why it is that Michael's mother has been trying to be a key figure when dealing with his estate. This tour is just the beginning of the many "great ideas" that AEG, John Branca and his crew will have to bring money into Michael's estate and into their pockets.

Some people see the need for justice to be done. This was no natural death and those found to have played a part in bringing it about must be made accountable.
Wow I can't believe they're taking advantage of their brother's death like this. If it were my brother and I felt so strongly about doing a tour I'd do it for free if I had to..not for millions of dollars.
