Jennifer Lopez showed off her growing belly during a concert stop at the Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut on Wednesday night.
The show was most memorable for an incident that occurred with the Latin diva.
During JLo's third song, poor Lopez almost fell off the stage while singing (she actually kept singing the entire time, being the pro that she is)!
After the song was over she told the crowd she was fine! She said, "That was for Marc" and "I'm ok, that could have been ugly, but it wasn't."
We're very relieved she didn't fall. Though we hope that footage ends up on YouTube ASAP!

I am truly disappointed in the direction that this posting has taken. Such a joyous time for Jennifer Lopez has been derailed by comments that are hurtful and mean. One reason people don't announce pregnancies (especially first pregnancies) is you don't always know what's going to happen. People miscarry, sometimes things go wrong and the decision is to terminate the pregnancy, there could be medical history that makes for a high-risk pregnancy - lots of possibilities. While I hope she has a wonderful healthy baby, I can understand why she hasn't announced it - its really nobody's business but their own. Congratulations, J.Lo and Mark!

honestly, guys…give her a break…stars who keep their pregnancy a secret for a long time are being smart. Yes, we will all find out. You have to remember that the first trimester (3 months) of pregnancy comes with the highest risk of miscarriage. If stars revealed they were pregnant early and then miscarried, they would get waaaay too much media attention when they need time to heal.
