In Living Color alum David Alan Grier split with his wife of two years, Christine Kim, last month, but the divorce is gettin’ messy!

Kim is seeking sole custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Luisa, granting Grier visitation rights and asking for spousal support from her ex.

But the comic actor disagrees with his former wife!

Grier is seeking for shared custody and has asked for the request for spousal support to be denied!
