OK, She hasn't LOST the kids…..she lost primary custody and she has visitation with them DAILY. There is another hearing scheduled for Oct 23. Maybe she is not upset because she began complying w/ the judges orders and is optimistic that she will regain primary custody. OR maybe she is relieved that someone took the burden of caring for the children out of her hands. Maybe she KNOWS they are better out of the "spotlight" & constant media attention like they are when with her. Maybe she just didn't want to hand them over to Kevin willingly. Maybe she thought voluntarily "giving the Kids up" would look bad and since the decision was made for her she is relieved. The court appointed monitor was given the authority to terminate Britney's rights immediately if she displays any bizarre behavior which could damage the kids. I guess the big question will be whether the privilege of seeing her kids is worth the effort of staying sober. Only time can answer that one.

She is driving around and staying in different hotels everyday because she is running from the company that is trying to give her a drug test. If she stays at home and they show up she cannot turn them away unless she flat out refuses to take the test.
