As we mentioned last week, Michael Jackson‘s burial had been postponed until the end of this month.
The Jackson family has decided to move the burial from a Saturday to a Thursday. And it’s gonna cost them a lot.
Almost three times the original price!
Officials state that in order to contract cops for the weekday, it’ll be triple the price of a weekend burial. And getting them just for the weekend can go for around $50,000!
Apparently about 90% of that goes towards police having to close down the streets, getting security, and running a perimeter control.
They’re even going to have a police chopper in the sky keeping an eye on things.
The cemetery will also be on a complete lockdown. One police sergeant added, “Don’t even try and come, because you won’t even be able to see the green of the Forest Lawn.”
It’ll be hard to keep the Michael fanatics away, though.
But more importantly, which Jackson is gonna pay the higher price tag to have the burial on a weekday?
