As we reported yesterday, Rimes and her co-star turned lover, Eddie Cibrian, traveled to Mexico for a romantic vacay in celebration of LeAnn’s 27th birthday earlier this week.
The country star took to her official website on Tuesday to announce that she and husband Dean Sheremet have finally decided to divorce!
Writes LeAnn:
After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage. This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support – it is deeply appreciated.

If it were up to him, he’d still be cuddling with LeAnn at night, in their sexless bed, and sucking her money dry!
