In July, Aerosmith lost a class action lawsuit filed against the group due to a 2007 canceled performance in Maui, so the group is now legally obligated to perform!
According to legal docs, Steven and the boys are required to put on a make-up show next month with the same “quality, type and duration” as a regular Aerosmith concert.
“They know they can’t come out and do a 30-minute gig … because I’ll be there watching,” says Brandee Faria, the ringleader in the lawsuit.
Wait a sec – didn’t Aerosmith just cancel their tour last month because Steven Tyler fell off a stage and broke his shoulder????
Bitches are screwed!
