The Cuban-American actress has been a busy bee all around NYC promoting her new flick, We Own The Night, and though she denied those pregnancy rumors during her Tuesday visit to TRL, she did tell Latina magazine (in their Nov. cover story interview) what kind of mami she’ll be, if she had a daughter:
“I would teach her [my daughter] Spanish. But first, I’d study up on mine—it’s Spanglish and very improper. I’m not sure what I would teach her about culture. That’s probably why I don’t have kids yet. I feel like I need to go to Cuba first—whether Castro is in power or not—and figure out some stuff on my own. I guess it would be fun to go with my daughter and find out together.”
Now that's a well-thought out statement.

I am from China and in China fat people are considered privileged because the poor can't afford to eat much. Skinny people are jealous that the heavy people can afford to eat anything they like. Also, women use whitening creams to make their skin look lighter. If you have darker skin, you are considered lower, like the poor workers who get tanned working the fields many hours a day in the sun. We respect people with higher educations also, but not too many can afford college in China, and there aren't as many colleges as there are in America. It seems that the college education should be made more available to Hispanics and Blacks since white people are much more likely to graduate college than the Hispanics and Blacks.
