As much as I hate to say it, it's definitely David Duchovny. Why? Because of the following:

1. Mr. X stands for the X-Files, which Duchovny starred in.
2. David plays tennis and he would need an instructor, because he's playing in some celebrity tournament this month, supposedly.
3. Like somebody else mentioned, Leoni means Lion and Tea Leoni is David Duchovny's actress wife.

I have to question one thing though. Where is Perez getting all this information? Are there pictures? Have people actually seen any evidence? I wouldn't jump all over him before we get a little bit more information.
