Courtney Love is not able to access the trust fund of her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, due to a dispute with the bank.
The First Republic Bank filed papers in federal court in order to put a hold on the $1.2 million account because they believe that Courtney is not the only one trying to access it!
And with all that debt she’s accumulated, we’re not surprised!
The bank claims there’s a dispute over who can access the funds – and they want to sort that out.
Courtney’s attorney believes that the filing is “childish and vindictive” as they just wanted to move the money to another bank and believe that the financial institution doesn’t want to lose such a big account.
Keep Courtney far, far away from Frances’ $$$$$!
